Composed a 400+ page user guide for an in-house produced client user interface called eConnect, which required me to work closely with developers and quality assurance to complete usability testing. The eConnect application was used by financial institutions and independent sales organizations to manage their accounts with Elan Financial Services, a provider of creditor and issuer payment services.
